Throughout the evening, Castello di Volognano will become a table of stories, where dishes inspired by Medici cuisine and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens will be paired with local wines, live music and moments of storytelling, creating an immersive and convivial atmosphere.
Each dish will be introduced through anecdotes, curiosities and narratives connected to Catherine de’ Medici — a symbolic figure embodying the encounter between culture, aesthetics and the art of dining.
