The Experience:

• Welcome in the Medieval Village: The journey begins with a warm welcome in the medieval village, where guests can enjoy the tranquility and authenticity of Chianti, away from the crowds and mass tourism.
• Cooking Class with Expert Chef: Under the guidance of one of our expert chefs, participants will learn to make two types of hand-crafted fresh pasta using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, offering an authentic dive into Tuscan culinary traditions.
• Tour of the Village and Castle History: Following the cooking class, an expert sommelier will lead guests on a captivating tour of the village and castle, sharing the rich history of Volognano and the winemaking culture that makes this region so unique.
• Lunch with Wine Tasting: The experience culminates in a tasting of the 3 signature wines of the estate, followed by a lunch featuring the fresh pasta made during the class, served with two seasonal sauces. The meal is completed with bruschetta made with Volognano’s own extra virgin olive oil and cantucci, the traditional Tuscan almond biscuits.
